The food was good, although most of it was what you'd consider to be "party food" rather than health food. The service staff was fantastic, and took care of all our needs inside our room. I didn't play the games, but instead watched the Final Four on one of the many big-screen TVs, which was a lot of fun. The restaurant and premises are HUGE! The game room itself looks to be about the size of a football field, and all the kids had a great time out there playing. There was a three-hour line to get in the door and get a table, although we didn't have to wait as we had an entire private party room reserved to ourselves. The place is new, so it was crowded and rockin'. I would NOT recommend sponsoring an event here.We visited this new Rochester establishment this weekend, as part of a large group of friends (from our daughter's soccer team). For the rest of this event, it was a very forgettable experience.
Instead of making my drink, or having one of the bar tenders make my drink, he asked me "who made your last drink?" WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? Why should I stand around and wait for the same bartender? Don't they all work for the same place? I finally just stopped tipping, as I don't see why I should pay for poor service.Īs I mentioned, I liked our "personal server" in our dining room she was OK. I finally did get the attention of one of them, who appeared to be the bar manager. Even early, when I was the only one waiting, there were two or three of them standing back there and they just didn't seem eager to take my order. (The big bar by the main dining room.) Service was very, very slow, and the bartenders (male and female) just didn't seem to care about you. My other big gripe from this visit was the service at the bar outside in the main restaurant. We told our server, who did the best she could in bringing out some hotter food, but the replacements for those were cold once again. No.I'm not saying luke-warm, they were actually cold inside. nice, but couldn't make up for the fact that both our chicken wings and our BBQ'd ribs were served cold. They had us set up in a room right near the front door, with two serving lines (buffet) arranged inside our own room.
Our daughter's soccer team used an event room for a group of about 50 of us this weekend.

i walked to the bar the bar was crowded which means it’s great as I stepped to the bar a server approached me and said I couldn’t sit on the tables just the bar I told her wanted to go to the dinning area because I wanted to taste the menu and have a look she went back to the host and all of a sudden they had a table for me I went and sat on the table I took my server nearly 15 min to serve me he was very slow and he looked overly stressed out I told him it was fine that i was just there to taste but I was fine with it until my food came out 30 min later I told my server I needed to speak to a manager that’s when the supervisor gm or whatever he made up in his mind because leader or manager he isn’t came Brody was horrible explaining to me why everything was late but turning around as he was talking to laugh obnoxiously and chat with his friends instead of treating them like his coworkers he then walked away and started dancing very disturbingly so disturbing that the family that was sitting in front of me left angry and sexually harassed because of the dance I’m really appalled by your company I never thought I would experience such an unprofessional dining experience so much cursing so much fooling around and not enough work I couldn’t even get a hold of the gm because the girl on the phone kept saying he wasn’t around this is so embarrassing I had to go thru this I took my business meeting to a more professional place because the one time I thought I could of had a meeting and then went and enjoyed the company of co workers while playing arcade games failed I hope you read this and fix this your gonna loose a lot of business if this foolery keeps happening. room the two girls were standing there on there phone talking about this other servers boyfriend after I waved and said excuse me she finally noticed me and said oh there’s a wait it’s gonna be a sec she never took my name down she never said if I wanted to be sitting somewhere else. I went here on a business trip to look at the way the place looked for a huge business meeting I wanted to have I work for Radisson first off the wait was horrible nobody noticed me standing in line to get in the dining.
